Shout3D™ 2.0 - User Guide

Registration Codes and the 'logo strip'

The 'logo strip'

Shout3D ordinarily displays a black band across the bottom of each applet, containing the Shout3D logo. Clicking on this band will take you to the Shout3D web site, www.shout3d.com. This black band, or 'logo strip' may be disabled if the HTML file that invokes Shout3D contains a valid registration code.

Licenses from Shout3D 1.0 will not work for Shout3D 2.0

Those users who purchased licenses to remove the logo strip from content in Shout3D 1.0 may continue to do so with Shout3D 1.0 applets.  However, those licenses are not valid for content created with Shout3D 2.0, and the registration codes that came with them will not remove the logo strip from content created with Shout3D 2.0.

Licenses for Shout3D 2.0 will be available upon final release

At the time of this software release, licenses to remove the logo strip from Shout3D 2.0 content are not yet available.  When the final Shout3D 2.0 product is released, new and separate licenses to remove the logo strip from Shout3D 2.0 applets will be made available for purchase. Check www.shout3d.com for more information.
